Mark your calendars as the 14th annual Iowa Craft Brew Festival takes place on June 1 at the Lauridsen Amphitheater at Water Works Park in Des Moines. Get your general admission tickets before prices increase on March 1.
The Iowa Craft Brew Festival is a gathering of passionate craft brew enthusiasts and a showcase of the artistry behind Iowa’s most beloved beverages.
Embrace the diversity of Iowa’s brewing scene by savoring unlimited samples from the state’s finest breweries, cideries and meaderies. Over 70 craft breweries across Iowa will be in attendance, including Iowa Brewing Co., Dimensional Brewing, Lake Time Brewery, PIVO Brewing, Flix Brewhouse, Twin Span Brewing and many more.
In addition to craft brews, hop water, cider, mead, seltzers and non-alcohol will be available, ensuring there’s a drink for every palate. Attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs or blankets to relax on the Great Lawn of the Lauridsen Amphitheater to fully immerse themselves in the festival experience.
Local food trucks, including What the Fries, Top Bun, Dough Crazy, Charlotte’s Kitchen and others, served food last year and are expected to make a return this summer.
VIP tickets are $65; general admission tickets are $45 until March 1 (tickets will rise to $50). For groups of 10 to 19 people, tickets are $40.50 each; for groups of 20 to 30 people, tickets are $36 each. VIP tickets include early entry, unlimited samples until 4 p.m., live music and commemorative sampling glass.
Please note that the Iowa Craft Brew Festival is a 21-plus event, and all attendees will be required to present a valid ID upon entrance. The festival takes place from 1 to 4 p.m.
