Savor handcrafted mocktails in Iowa at Fresko. The Des Moines-based spot offers a mocktail menu crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each sip is an alcohol-free version of popular cocktails, including the No-Loma (pictured above), with NA rosemary tequila, lime juice, rosemary simple syrup and grapefruit juice; Mini Lav, with lavender simple syrup, lemon juice and soda water; and the Optical Illusion, with raspberry mint simple syrup, lime juice, tonic and a rosemary smoke bubble.
