Guided Meditation with Kara Simons

Embrace your inner zen. Jester Park Nature Center in Granger has partnered with Kara Simmons to host a meditation class on Monday, Nov. 6 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Take a journey with the Raven on this guided meditation to a path of self-discovery. The meditation will be led by Kara Simons, founder of Joyful Resonance for $15. Explore the rich symbolism of animal characteristics and attributes during this meditation session. Nature invites us to get comfortable with the unknowns and be present to receive gifts of insight.

This class is open to ages 14-plus and requires registration by Nov. 5.
