Calling all golf enthusiasts! A new golf entertainment destination, a soon-to-be-named spot expected to become the premier sports entertainment destination in all of Iowa, is set to open in in Bettendorf.
The new venue is expected to begin construction in spring and finish in the summer or fall of 2022. The destination will be located across from TBK Sports Complex (spanning 70,000-plus square feet) and is being developed by Middle & Forest Grove, LLC, a new entity created by local investors.
The spot is set to have three levels of climate-controlled hitting bays, a multitude of flatscreens throughout the space, one oversized 4K LED television at the bar (estimated to be the largest indoor TV in Iowa), private event spaces, rooftop patios and a state-of-the-art gaming space featuring VR platform games, escape rooms, multi-sports simulators and much more.
In addition to all the exciting features, visitors will be pleased to know the spot will house a chef-driven menu, top-shelf drinks, live music and year-round entertainment. The destination also welcomes guests to host events for families, friends, corporate events, concerts and more.
