Christkindlmarket Des Moines is a German-inspired Christmas market with a goal is to educate and entertain the community with European-style foods, products and activities.

Shop regional vendors selling old-world, hand-crafted products from wooden vendor stalls. Enjoy lively performances of polka music, traditional dance and choirs in Yuletide Hall, participate in children’s activities, sip Glühwein (warm, mulled wine) and savor European-style Iowa craft beer.

Christkindlmarket Des Moines is open on Nov. 30 from 5 to 9 p.m., Dec. 1 and 2 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Dec. 3 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
