Cedar Rapids Haunted Halloween Ball

The Haunted Halloween Ball is back! Join us on Saturday, Oct. 30 at the Doubletree Ballroom in Cedar Rapids for the return of your favorite adult Halloween Party.
Theme-
The 80’s!!! Unique Events Of Iowa will be decorating the room to instantly transport you back to the 80s, where a casual stroll by a lake might end up with Jason Voorhies chasing you back to your cabin. The perfect blend of neon, costumes and horror. As in all years past, you do not have to dress up in an 80’s theme if you don’t want to. The 80’s theme applies to decorations and will help you jump start some of your costume ideas.
Tickets are $25 for general admission and $50 for VIP. There is a limited amount of VIP tickets available and this includes fast-pass admission (skip the registration line) and a private VIP area at the front of the stage with your own private bar area. All ticket prices do not include fees and taxes. These can be purchased on Ticketmaster website or in person at the box-office on 1st Ave NE.
We have a block of rooms reserved for guests of the Ball with a roughly 20% discount. These will sell out quick, so click the link below to reserve. Link can be found in the FB event.
Much like costumes, the theme is just a polite suggestion for our music throughout the night. Music will be focused on the 80s, 90s, 2000s and beyond. Something for everyone. The Pork Tornadoes will be headlining the evening, with a DJ and special musical guest to be announced later.
There will be 3 different costume contests for guests worth a total of $1,500+ in prize money. Lots of ways to win and lots of winners.
As you know, we always donate some money to a local charity. Such an important aspect of this event. This year, our selection is Trees Forever. We felt that this local non-profit would be a great choice for our community after the 2020 derecho.
