Whitney Coyle first started Lux Pop Ups in 2021 in Asheville, NC, and moved to Cedar Falls, where she transitioned her business and expanded to more than just luxury picnics to accommodate for those Iowa winters. Coyle works with each client individually and creates a customized quote based on their needs. The luxury picnics start at $60 per hour for two to six people, which does not include any add-on options, such as a charcuterie board, DIY wine and paint, activity bundle and customizable gifts. Coyle has even serviced many sororities throughout Iowa, including the University of Northern Iowa, Iowa State University and the University of Iowa for their event needs.
