Family Yoga at Driftless Yoga Center

Looking for a way to get the entire family out of the house and exercising during the colder months of the year? Be sure to join in the kid-friendly movement session at Driftless Yoga Center on Friday, Feb. 10, at 10 a.m. for some family time and flexibility training.

This program enables both adults and children to take part in a lighthearted yoga practice that even first-timers will be able to enjoy with ease. Guests are encouraged to participate at the level with which they feel most comfortable. In a multi-age setting where attention spans and physical fitness levels can vary, everyone will feel confident in their yoga ability after a lesson with the best at Driftless Yoga Center. 

Experienced guests can feel free to bring their own yoga mat or use one of the ones provided. In addition, since the kid-friendly movement session will take place next to Impact Coffee, there will also be the opportunity to purchase a morning cup of happiness to pair perfectly with your early morning exercise. 

This event is free to attend and open to kids and adults of all ages. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a caregiver.
