Brunch Around the World Class

In this morning class series, take a trip around the globe by learning tasty recipes from Italy on Sunday, Jan. 29!

Your instructor will guide you through cooking a variety of brunch delicacies from the country – no passport required!

First, we’ll start with a cup of espresso made in a traditional Moka pot. Next, we’ll mix up a Bellini cocktail, a twist on a mimosa, which combines peach juice and champagne. Next, the class will go through the steps of baking crunchy almond biscotti to dunk in their coffee! Lastly, we’ll make a savory frittata with potato, onion, and pancetta. This course will be led by Julie Parisi, former owner of local artisan pasta company, Zaza’s Pastas.

Series passes are available for $65, individual classes are available for $25. Each ticket will include a coupon for NewBo Beer and Wine – series passes will include a coupon for each class date.

All classes will be held in the Kirkwood Culinary Kitchen inside NewBo City Market. We encourage guests to visit the Market Shopkeepers after the class!
