Baking + Nutrition Class “Love your Body + Bread”

How can you make a wonderful morning breakfast with nine different whole plant ingredients? Learn how to make “adventure bread” with Dr. Andy Nish and his wife Barb, have some fun while doing it, and discover why this integrative medicine specialist eats bread for breakfast on Tuesday, Feb. 7 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Programs at Above + Beyond Cancer place a strong emphasis on cooking from scratch and consuming nutritious foods in order to avoid illness, speed up recovery, and improve general health. And at Kitchen Collage, Dr. Nish and Barb will bake, and bread pieces with delectable toppings will be served. In addition, Dr. Nish will also provide nutrition advice, and there will be time for a question-and-answer session with the nutrition pro.

Additionally, guests can virtually bake in the comfort of their own kitchens with Dr. Nish. The only thing you have to do is sign up, and you’ll be emailed a list of the supplies you’ll need to bake along with Dr. Nish. Bonus: At the end of class, there will be fresh bread on the table!
