Though the dining room at Proof will be closed until further notice, the Des Moines restaurant will be offering virtual takeout dinners twice each month.
Proof, which impresses Des Moines diners with its inventive use of local ingredients, is hosting take-away pop-up dinners twice per month while its dining room is temporarily closed.
Now through the spring, Chef Diego Rodriguez-Negrete and Chef Megan Snyder will be pulling out all the stops to create unique tasting menu packages to enjoy at home. The meals will can be enjoyed alongside exceptional drink pairings from Proof sommelier Aaron Gottfried.
Plus, during some pop-up events, there will be a virtual “party” component to help the Proof community stay connected.
